Job summary

Mayneline is seeking a hands-on Site Installation Supervisor on the Gold Coast to coordinate and oversee on-site activities for commercial joinery and fit-out projects. You will manage labour, subcontractors and act as the on-site representative, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will read drawings, supervise installation teams, liaise with clients and the project team, and drive continuous improvement while upholding WHS standards and efficient site reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial joinery, fit-out or construction projects.
• Trade background in cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry or shopfitting.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Experience managing subcontractors and installation teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate site reporting, records, inspections and documentation.
• Provide practical feedback to improve drafting, manufacturing and installation outcomes.

Abou the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising site-based installation activities, managing labour and subcontractors, and acting as the primary on-site representative for Mayneline. You will work closely with Project Managers, Drafters, Factory teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site installation activities across allocated projects.
• Coordinate employees, labour hire, installers and subcontractors.

About You

To be successful in this role you will bring:
