Fleetwood Australia is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to lead delivery across education, government and community sectors in Queensland. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget while travelling to regional sites across the state.
The role reports to the Project Manager and demands strong leadership, drawing on methods, drawings, and on-site decision-making to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic modular construction environment.
We're looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join Fleetwood's Queensland Construction team and play a key role in delivering modular and mixed-construction projects across education, community infrastructure, government, housing and commercial sectors throughout Queensland.
Reporting to a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and compliance, monitoring quality outcomes and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to budget.
Unlike traditional metro-based construction roles, Fleetwood's Site Supervisors work across a diverse portfolio of projects located throughout Queensland. From regional schools and community facilities to large-scale modular construction projects, no two projects are the same. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, building strong subcontractor relationships and taking pride in delivering successful projects in challenging and rewarding environments.
Fleetwood Australia is leading a construction revolution, redefining the Australian market through the transformative power of modular building. With more than 60 years of experience and a national presence, we are enhancing community wellbeing and setting new benchmarks across key sectors including education, social housing, health, aged care, defence and government projects.
Our vision is to create places where people thrive, and our purpose is to lead the reimagining of sustainable spaces. We're currently undergoing significant business transformation, creating exciting opportunities for people who want to help shape the future of the organisation.
We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our work, and we're committed to creating a supportive, respectful and inclusive environment where our people can thrive.
Ready to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Queensland construction projects? We'd love to hear from you.
