About the Opportunity

MAAS Construct is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a full‑time, fixed term 18 month contract. Reporting to the Project Director / Project Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day coordination of site activities, helping ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

You’ll work closely with subcontractors, trades, and the project team to keep works progressing in line with program requirements. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong site supervision experience, sound construction knowledge, and the ability to drive safety, quality, and delivery outcomes across a busy project environment.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role within the building construction industry.
• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors across building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and WHS requirements.
• Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and relevant site supervision qualifications or tickets.
• A practical, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to coordinate trades, supervisors, and site teams effectively.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to maintain safety, quality, and program outcomes on site.
