Job summary

Core4 is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment works across Brisbane. The role suits an experienced Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand who takes ownership on site and resolves issues with trades.

You'll work with our project delivery team to keep sites safe, efficient and up to standard, coordinating trades, materials and site requirements, while maintaining strong client and internal communications.

Job description

Core4 is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment works across Brisbane.

This role would suit an experienced Site Supervisor, Foreman or strong Leading Hand who enjoys taking ownership of a site, working closely with trades and solving problems as they arise.

With projects across commercial, retail, hospitality and property environments, you'll enjoy plenty of variety rather than being tied to the same type of build.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with our project delivery team to keep sites running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.


• Coordinating trades, materials and site requirements with the project team.


• Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.


• Maintaining clear communication with clients, trades and internal teams.


• Conducting site inspections and ensuring WHS and site requirements are maintained.


• Managing defects and handovers as required.

About you

We're looking for someone who is confident on site, communicates well and takes ownership of getting the job done.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand


• Experience within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment


• Strong experience coordinating trades and subcontractors


• A trade background, with carpentry highly regarded


• Good construction knowledge and the ability to interpret drawings


• Strong organisation and communication skills


• A practical, solutions-focused approach


• Current driver's licence and White Card
