We’re seeking a practical, switched-on Site Supervisor to lead residential cladding and external finishing projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors and keeping sites ready, safe and on schedule.

You’ll own your sites and maintain strong relationships with builders, backed by an experienced management team and established systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crews and coordinating trades on residential builds.
• Knowledge of site sequencing, safety and quality control.
• Strong communication with builders and trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential cladding and external finishing projects across your region.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors; ensure site readiness and safety.
• Keep jobs on schedule and maintain high quality across sites.
