Job summary

BB Civil is seeking a Project Supervisor in Queensland to manage day-to-day field activities and personnel for subdivisions, earthworks, roads and drainage projects. You will procure suppliers, labour and plant, and liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to drive daily and weekly production targets.

You will lead supervisors and project teams with a practical, solutions-focused approach while ensuring work safety and compliance with quality, safety and environmental systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent understanding of civil production and construction methodology.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and project teams.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.
• A leadership style based on presence, accountability and getting involved.
• Clear knowledge of company quality, safety and environmental management systems.

The Project Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management of field activities and personnel. You will have authority to procure suppliers, labour and plant and liaise with client representatives, suppliers and subcontractors. You will be responsible and ensure all field personnel work safely in accordance with the Project Management Plan and SWMS.
