Job summary

Adbri is seeking a Site Services Team Leader to drive safe, efficient operations across bulk train loading facilities, quarries, and stockpile areas. You will lead and develop your team, coordinate site activities, equipment, and resources, and push continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Site Services Lead, you will partner with operations to hit production targets while maintaining a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in quarrying, mining, manufacturing, logistics, construction materials, or a similar environment.
• A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Experience coordinating people, equipment, contractors, and site activities.
• Practical problem‑solving and sound communication skills.
• Experience in bulk materials handling, train loading, or quarry operations will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Site Services team.
• Coordinate bulk train loading activities.
• Oversee quarry operations, stockpiles, haul roads, and waste areas.
• Supervise contractors and service providers.
• Support equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, dust suppression, drainage, and road maintenance.
• Promote safety, environmental compliance, and operational improvement.
