Job summary

Adbri Quarries is seeking a qualified Quarry Supervisor for Fernvale, QLD to lead daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. You will report to the Quarry Manager and guide a dynamic team in a busy quarry environment.

Role requires safety compliance, plant performance monitoring, and collaboration with maintenance planning. Previous supervisory experience in heavy industry is essential to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leading-hand experience in quarrying/mining/heavy industry.
• Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Certificate 4 in Surface Operations Management.
• Diploma in Surface Operations Management desirable.
• RSHQ SSE Notice desirable.
