NEP Australia is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Melbourne-based team at the Andrew's HUB in Southbank. You will drive proactive improvements in performance, reliability, and developer experience for NEP Platform products across on‑premise and AWS/GCP Kubernetes infrastructure.

You will design and maintain developer tools, optimize deployment pipelines, and collaborate with engineering leadership to implement reliability practices including load testing and chaos testing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Software or Systems Engineering.
• Experience designing and running Kubernetes-based platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain developer-friendly tools for Kubernetes workloads.
• Identify bottlenecks in pipelines and improve deployments on-prem and in AWS/GCP.
• Collaborate with engineering to enable self-service tooling for deployments, logs and infra resources.
• Improve build, test, and deployment automation for Kubernetes across environments.
• Enhance observability with dashboards and metrics (Grafana/Prometheus).
