Job summary

Winslow Constructors in Eight Mile Plains QLD is seeking a proactive Engineer to join a growing civil construction team. You will be involved in all stages of project delivery, from tender handovers to procurement, safety, cost control, and reporting, helping to drive projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience as an engineer in infrastructure projects is advantageous.
Strong client-relations and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Involve all stages of project delivery from tender handovers to procurement.
Manage safety, time, cost and quality on site.
Plan projects and develop programming tasks.
Coordinate management of client relationships and stakeholders.
Monitor performance of construction teams and subcontractors against estimates.
Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
Procure plant, equipment and materials as needed.
Issue PMPs, SWMs and MSDs.
Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System.
