Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor for the United Cup Sydney 2027, a full-time maximum-term contract from 9 November 2026 to 29 January 2027. You will oversee event overlay, temporary infrastructure, and site operations at designated venues, coordinating contractors and ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

Applicants must have major events or venue operations experience, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in major events, venue operations, or related operational environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Hold or be willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of event overlay and temporary infrastructure during build, tournament ops, and bump-out.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, logistics and site crews to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, conduct inspections and QA checks, provide updates to the team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate site procedures and updates.
• Promote a safe working environment and assist compliance activities at the venue.
