Job summary

DSV Solutions is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for our Sydney operation at Eastern Creek. You will lead day-to-day site operations, drive safety, mentor your team and manage performance against KPIs.

This role focuses on building a high-performing culture, delivering efficient and safe warehousing and logistics, and maintaining strong customer relationships while optimizing resources and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in logistics/warehousing environments.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive a strong safety culture so every team member goes home safely.
• Coach and develop your team to achieve peak performance.
• Manage performance, productivity and operational KPIs.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure service quality.
• Identify process improvements to enhance site operations.
• Manage resources, labour planning and costs.
• Lead from the front with hands-on involvement.
