You'll be responsible for keeping the site operating safely, efficiently, and productively while building a positive, high‑performing team culture.

• Leading all day-to-day site operations and keeping things running like a well‑oiled machine.
• Driving a strong safety culture where everyone goes home safely every day.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve their best.

• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make great operations even better.
• Managing resources, labour planning, and operational costs.
• Rolling up your sleeves when needed and leading from the front.
