Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for our Sydney operation in Eastern Creek. You will lead day-to-day site performance, ensure safety, foster a high-performing team culture and deliver reliable logistics services.

You'll coach and develop the team, manage budgets and KPIs, build strong customer relationships, and drive process improvements to keep supply chains flowing smoothly.

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of our Sydney operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for keeping the site operating safely, efficiently, and productively while building a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all day-to-day site operations and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.
• Driving a strong safety culture where everyone goes home safely every day.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve their best.
• Managing performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make great operations even better.
• Managing resources, labour planning, and operational costs.
• Rolling up your sleeves when needed and leading from the front.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to get the best out of a team.
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience managing operational performance and budgets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly regarded.
