You will build strong relationships with clients and employees, manage rostering, attendance, leave and day-to-day workforce needs, coordinate onboarding and inductions, and drive safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with clients and employees while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Managing a large workforce, including rostering, attendance, leave, and day-to-day workforce requirements.
• Coordinating onboarding, inductions, mobilisation, while ensuring all compliance and safety requirements are met.
• Maintaining a regular on-site presence, providing support and resolving employee and client enquiries.
• Partnering with internal teams to meet workforce demands while driving operational performance and continuous improvement.
