Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture in NSW seeks an EM Construction Mechanical Supervisor to supervise on-site mechanical installation activities and coordinate with civil works.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical installation, testing and commissioning on-site, strong project management, safety leadership and the ability to lead teams across a large-scale hydro project. Experience on remote, challenging sites is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical installation on-site.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Hydro experience desirable.
• White Card required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EM site installations in coordination with site engineers.
• Maintain accurate field notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed daily.
• Coordinate cranes and lifting plans with teams.
• Report progress to EM site engineers.
