Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is seeking an experienced EM Construction Mechanical Supervisor to oversee on-site mechanical installation activities on Snowy 2.0 in NSW. You will coordinate with civil works and site engineers, lead a team and ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key requirements include tertiary qualification or equivalent, White Card and a minimum of 5 years in mechanical installation on large projects; hydro experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or completion of high school/technical school/college credits.
• White Card required to work on construction sites.
• Experience leading on-site mechanical installation, testing and commissioning for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Support EM Site Engineers and Civil Construction Managers in all aspects of operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in site activities and daily operations.
• Supervise EM site installations in coordination with site engineers.
• Maintain accurate, organised field notes and safety documentation.
• Ensure crews comply with FGJV and client safety guidelines and ITPs.
