Job summary

Babcock Australia & New Zealand invites applications for a Site & Materials Coordinator based at Henderson Australian Marine Complex in Western Australia. This permanent full-time role supports production activities, subcontractor material control, and delivery to defence programs, including ANZAC Class Frigate projects.

You will coordinate planning, procurement, and mobilisation of materials, ensuring registers are current and accurate while collaborating with the contractor supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience with MILIS and SAP systems.
• Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) and Forklift Licence.
• Eligibility for Australia Defence Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to production activities and contribute to material management for subcontractor materials.
• Maintain and update materials registers and coordinate mobilising materials to and from Babcock warehouses.
• Work with the contractor supply chain to organise procurement and delivery of materials to allocated sites.
• Assist the Production Team with planning and mobilising equipment for sites and programs, including ANZAC Class Frigate support.
