Babcock Australasia is seeking a Maintenance Planning Support Officer to assist in planning, coordinating and managing maintenance and materiel support for ANZAC Class ships under the Frigate CLCM Contract.

You will use AMPS/IMS CMMS, develop AWLs/ATMLs, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate data and timely maintenance planning. A Defence clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in maintenance planning and delivery.
• Knowledge of maintenance management workflows.
• Experience coordinating Defence/maritime maintenance.
• Proficient with CMMS/AMPS.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement.
• Australian citizenship with ability to obtain Defence clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Process asset management and scheduling data in CMMS.
• Support planning using AMPS and Defence systems.
• Assist in AWL/ATML development.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance for ANZAC Class ships.
• Generate maintenance reports from AMPS data.
• Maintain data integrity in AMPS/IMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for AWLs and AWP.
• Identify materiel requirements for FYWP.
