Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Australia is seeking a dedicated Production Team Member for a permanent full-time role at our Yatala, QLD site. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 3:30pm, across multiple areas to support safe, efficient and high-quality production.

This hands-on role offers variety and the chance to develop skills across machine operation, forklift driving (where licensed) and continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing FMCG environment.
• Current Forklift Licence and forklift operation experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Committed to safety and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production activities and troubleshoot issues that may impact production targets.
• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment.
• Support line set-ups, changeovers and material handling to ensure seamless operations.
• Build skills across multiple areas of the site, including machine operation and forklift driving (where licensed).
• Follow food safety, quality, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
