Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and CA/CPA qualification.
• Around 5-8+ years' finance experience in FMCG, manufacturing or complex operations.
• Strong experience in manufacturing accounting, standard costing and inventory.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, absorption, variances and cost drivers.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary finance partner to Site Operations Manager and leadership.
• Own site budgeting, forecasting and IBP inputs.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing and BOMs.
• Own month-end and balance sheet integrity with commentary.
• Govern inventory and working capital with Operations and Planning.
• Identify productivity and cost-reduction initiatives with baselines.
• Lead site capital investment analysis and ROI.
• Support NPD, automation and continuous improvement.
• Improve financial processes with Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
