Warami Solutions is seeking experienced Site Managers to lead fit out, commercial HVAC construction, data centres and major works across Sydney. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating installation works, subcontractors and site resources to deliver projects valued up to multi‑million dollars.

Ideal candidates will have trade qualifications in HVAC/mechanical services and proven leadership of site teams, with strong WHS adherence and the ability to read mechanical

• Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and QA checks.
• Support commissioning and project handover activities.

We are currently seeking experienced site managers for fit out, commericial construction, data centres and major works - HVAC

We currently work with tier one and tier two HVAC contractors and 5 + positions open across multiple sites.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary package of $120,000 – $150,000 + Super + Vehicle ( fit out )

$140,000 - $180,000 + Super + vehicle ( Major works and Data centres )

Lead the delivery of major commercial HVAC projects across Sydney.

Manage site operations on projects valued between $2M – $10M

Major works sites up to $ 50 million

Work with a highly regarded Tier 2 mechanical services contractor

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day site operations across commercial HVAC projects

Coordinating HVAC installation works, subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources

Leading site teams to achieve project milestones and completion targets

Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications

Reviewing and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation

Liaising with builders, engineers, consultants, and project management teams

Managing site programming, labour requirements, materials, and deliveries

Conducting site inspections, toolbox meetings, and quality assurance checks

Identifying and resolving technical issues and construction challenges

Supporting commissioning, testing, balancing, and project handover activities

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreman within commercial HVAC/mechanical services

Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical Services

Strong understanding of commercial HVAC installations and construction processes

Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications

Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and site compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Experience delivering commercial HVAC projects valued between $2M – $5M

Exposure to Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments
