Job summary

Bluestonerecruitment is seeking a Site Manager to join a leading commercial builder delivering projects up to AU$350M across education, health, sports facilities, industrial, data centre and commercial sectors. You will oversee subcontractors, drive the programme and ensure quality finishes on site.

You will bring 3–5 years in site management, a proven record delivering projects over $50M, and a strong hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience with site managing/supervising commercial projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects over $50M.
• 3-5 years as a Site Manager/General Foreman.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality.
• Positive attitude with the right temperament.
• Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme.
• Good tenure at previous businesses.
• Strong relationships and reputation with subcontractors.

As a business they have the capacity to add on a Site Manager to the team to sit under an experienced Senior Site Manager. Great opportunity to work on a large scale project, and take ownership of part of the project whilst still getting support on site.

About the role
