Job summary

LC Water is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations on regional water infrastructure projects in Victoria. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage programme, quality, WHS and environmental requirements, and maintain client relationships from site establishment through to completion.

Travel across Foster, Toora, Albury, Echuca and Seymour will be required Monday to Friday, with costs covered when living away from home.

LC Water – REGIONAL VIC - Various Locations

LC Water is a growing engineering and construction company specialising in the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects across Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and help deliver safe, high-quality outcomes across a range of regional projects.

This role will support projects in and around Foster, Toora, Albury, Echuca and Seymour with projects at various stages of delivery. Estimated site start times are available on request. This is a short-term opportunity with the potential for ongoing work for candidates who are open to travelling to other regional locations as required.

As Site Manager, you will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, maintain site safety and compliance, and ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality requirements and client expectations. You will play a key role in keeping projects organised, productive and running smoothly from site establishment through to completion.

Travel is required Monday to Friday, with reasonable costs covered when living away from home.

Requirements, Skills and Experience:

• Lead and drive site activities to achieve programme milestones, quality standards and safe delivery outcomes
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and materials across day-to-day site operations
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication and proactive site management
• Manage and uphold WHS, quality and environmental requirements on site
• Prepare and maintain site records, progress updates and general project documentation as required
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep works progressing
• Work collaboratively with project teams and contribute to a positive team culture
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in civil, construction or water infrastructure projects will be highly regarded
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering or a related field are preferred
