Job summary

SHAPE Sydney is delivering a large-scale data centre project in Sydney, overseeing safe, coordinated day-to-day delivery. You will work with the Site Manager to coordinate trades, sequencing, site access and safety while maintaining SHAPE’s standards for quality and programme performance.

The role requires a trade or building qualification, a current Construction Industry Card and a First Aid certificate, with a proactive, hands-on approach in a live construction environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on site coordination experience.
• Strong safety mindset and EHSQ principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in fast-paced live construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and supplier access.
• Review SWMS/SSOW before works commence.
• Monitor works on site and support correct actions closeout.
• Organise defect rectification and ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain site diaries, progress updates and project documentation.
• Update daily progress in project delivery systems (e.g., Procore).
