You will drive strategic business initiatives, develop a high‑performance culture, and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to improve service delivery and patient outcomes across the site.

Qualifications

• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams delivering patient care and operational efficiency.
• Experience in healthcare management with a KPI-driven mindset.
• Strong financial and HR management capabilities in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective operational leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report site performance against KPIs (financial, operational, quality).
• Maintain high service quality and patient experience standards.
• Optimize resource and workflow management for quality and productivity.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on patient care.
• Develop improvement plans for service delivery and innovation.
• Establish strong doctor relationships and partner with development managers.
• Contribute to the site’s operational plan and strategic growth initiatives.
