Job summary

Moreton Hire in Sydney is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead end-to-end exhibitions and live events from briefing to bump-out. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and teams, ensuring every project exceeds client expectations.

Based in a CBD or Sunshine West setup, you’ll travel to event sites with a company vehicle and collaborate with clients and suppliers to deliver outstanding results. Join a team that values leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a passion for the business

About the Role:

Come and join the award winning Moreton Hire. As the industry's awarded 2025 leading business events supplier, you’ll lead the planning and execution of high-profile exhibitions, events and activations. From initial briefing to final bump-out, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure every project exceeds expectations. We offer both a CBD and Sunshine West base to work closely with your clients & team with the resources to deliver A1 projects.

Key Responsibilities:
