Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Perth-based Build-to-Rent project valued at over $50M. You will lead day-to-day delivery, manage subcontractors, oversee safety, quality and programme, and mentor the site team within a strong project team environment.

The role requires proven head-contractor experience on large, multi-residential schemes and a track record of delivering $20M+ new-build projects. A stable career path and long-term opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager with a head contractor
• Experience delivering $20M+ new-build projects
• Strong commercial, residential or multi-residential experience
• Excellent subcontractor and site management skills
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and programme

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of a $50M+ apartment development
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity
• Lead and mentor the site team
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
