Job summary

Hindmarsh is seeking a Site Manager to collaborate with the Project Manager and oversee on-site activities. You will guide site operations, ensure safety plans for pedestrians and traffic, and coordinate with local authorities on essential compliance.

In this role you will lead a team, manage subcontractors and suppliers while addressing variations with the Project Manager. Daily site reviews will keep work areas safe, accessible, and orderly across ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in construction.
• Leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience coordinating employees, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support to the Project Manager.
• Ensure worker and public safety through pedestrian and traffic management plans.
• Liaison with local authorities.
• Manage PFI process.
• Liaise with Project Manager regarding variations.

• Liaise with Project manager regarding potential variations.
• Undertake daily site reviews and ensure work faces are kept accessible and clean

About you

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in the construction industry
• Trade background preferred
• Leadership and communications skills
• Experience coordinating employees, subcontractors and suppliers
