Job summary

Green by Nature AU is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a premier landscape and sports turf portfolio in Sydney. You will lead turf, horticultural operations and a dedicated team to deliver exceptional outdoor environments.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on premium presentation, client relationships and operating within budget, while cultivating a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the site.

As Site Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, build trusted client relationships and drive the operational excellence required to maintain a landscape environment of the highest calibre.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading all turf, sports field and horticultural operations across the site
• Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
