Job summary

JPS Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a privately owned Brisbane builder to deliver a $20M industrial project in North Lakes. You will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, manage the programme, subcontractors and ensure safety and quality throughout construction.

With one project at a time, you will build strong relationships with trades and consultants while maintaining momentum and quality across the build.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager.
• Proven delivery of commercial new builds valued $10M+.

The Opportunity

This privately owned commercial builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $20M industrial project in North Lakes, commencing mid-to-late November.

You’ll take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery, driving the programme, managing subcontractors and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout construction.

With one project at a time, the role suits a confident Site Manager who can run a site independently, build strong relationships with trades and consultants, and have the tough conversations when needed to keep things moving.

The Company

This established Brisbane builder has built a strong reputation in industrial construction, delivering projects valued between $5M and $90M.

With a team of 45 across its building and civil operations, the business typically has four to six projects underway at any given time.

Led by down-to-earth, growth-focused Directors, they’re continuing to build on their industrial experience while expanding into education and social housing projects.
