Scope is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Goulburn, NSW. You will empower Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered support, including clients with mental health needs, and drive efficient processes while maintaining stability on-site and within the team.

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. This Supported Independent Living (SIL) home supports 5 clients with psychosocial disabilities.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you'll lead one of our SIL homes in Goulburn and empower Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered support, including clients with mental health needs. You'll drive efficient processes, champion risk and safety, identify issues early, and take timely action so clients can work toward their independent living goals, hobbies, and interests. Best suited to someone collaborative, team-oriented, and able to maintain stability on-site and within the team while adapting to change.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Qualification (minimum Cert 4 equivalent) in the Social Services or relevant domain for instance, Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Mental health, and Community Services.
• Knowledge of disability legislation and standards e.g. NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, the National Standards for Disability Services.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Clearance
• NSW Drivers License (P2 or above)
• Proof of full-time working rights - Passport, Birth Certificate, or Citizenship Certificate.
