Job summary

McNab is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Gold Coast team. You’ll lead complex builds from ground up, enjoy autonomy, and benefit from strong systems and well‑resourced sites. The role offers stability, growth, and variety within a culture that values development.

About the role

Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join our Gold Coast team. About you

• You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion - ideally multi-residential projects and or industrial projects ($50M - $200M)
• You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity.
• You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies.
• You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies.
• You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
