About the Role

Thanks to ongoing, stable growth, we’re on the lookout for experienced Foremen to join our Brisbane team. If you're a self‑motivated, hands‑on Foreman seeking a long‑term career with a successful builder that has a strong pipeline of projects, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident leader who takes ownership and thrives in a team environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, aligning on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Proactive planner – manage look‑aheads and keep projects on track.
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment with diverse challenges that help you grow.
• Hands‑on, present on‑site, and work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent communicator – build trust and rapport with everyone on‑site.
• Solid IT proficiency, including the use of construction and compliance software tools.
• Proven experience as a Foreman on projects of similar scale and complexity to McNab (across both structure and finishes).
• Carpentry trade background.

It will be your priority to achieve overall safe management, performance and successful delivery of projects on time and on budget, progressing your career while doing it!
