Job summary

ADAS Solutions Australia, part of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking a Site Manager for the Osborne Park Calibration Centre to lead daily calibration and diagnostic work, oversee technicians and staff, and drive quality and performance. You will manage operations, mentor team members, and maintain strong relations with local repair partners.

The role combines hands-on ADAS calibration with site leadership, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer service at the Perth facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day-to-day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands-on guidance.
• Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer-service expectations.

What's the role?

Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Osborne Park Calibration Centre.

This hands-on role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair-network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day-to-day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands-on guidance.
