ADAS Solutions Australia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the Osborne Park Calibration Centre. This role blends hands-on ADAS calibration and diagnostics with day-to-day site operations and team leadership.

You will guide technicians and administrators, ensure quality, safety, and compliance, and maintain strong repair-network relationships. The position offers on-the-job training and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a workshop or calibration centre.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work at the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day-to-day supervision for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex or problematic jobs and mentor technicians for better outcomes.
• Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Support site performance against local targets, KPIs and customer-service standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the local repair network.
