Job summary

Ora Banda Mining is seeking an energetic IT Support professional to join our site team in Western Australia. You will provide operational IT support across site-based technology, assist with device provisioning and routine maintenance, and help improve service efficiency for on-site users.

The role requires experience in site-based support, familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ERP systems such as Pronto. Travel between sites may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Computer Science or similar technology area.
• Previous experience in a site-based, operational, or technical support environment.
• Exposure to asset management or inventory tracking systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory concepts, or basic networking.
• Previous Pronto or ERP experience.
• Basic understanding of structured cabling, patching, and communications room practices.
• Communications cabling experience or relevant cabling qualifications/licences.
• Exposure to radio, telecommunications, or site infrastructure environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel between sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across site-based technology, IT logistics, and frontline end-user support functions.
• Support the effective delivery of IT services by undertaking routine IT activities, improving service efficiency, responsiveness, and workload distribution within the site IT function.
• Support site personnel through direct assistance, device provisioning, basic troubleshooting, physical IT works, and proactive upkeep of site technology environments and systems.
• Assist senior site IT personnel by undertaking lower-level operational tasks, enabling them to focus on higher-complexity technical and infrastructure activities.
