Job summary

Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure NSW - Homebush NSW is seeking a Site Hire and Licensing Officer to help deliver exceptional customer experiences while activating Sydney Olympic Park's venues, parklands and public spaces.

This role coordinates site hire bookings, licences and permits, working with customers, stakeholders and colleagues from enquiry to delivery to ensure a seamless, compliant and commercially successful process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing licences, permits, bookings, contracts or similar customer-facing agreements.
• Sound commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to increase site utilisation and revenue.
• Experience using booking, CRM, contract management or similar systems.
• Ability to analyse booking, utilisation and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site hire bookings, licences and permits for events and activations.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry through booking and delivery.
• Balance operational, commercial and compliance requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance systems and pathways.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships to grow precinct activity and revenue.
