Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Foreperson to join our construction team on a major infrastructure project in New South Wales. You will lead day-to-day site operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Working with the engineering team, you’ll plan activities, align with programme timelines and maintain clear communication with supervisors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site civil construction teams.
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors safely.
• Strong understanding of construction quality and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently
• Supervise crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
• Coordinate activities in line with programme, quality and cost expectations; identify risks early and implement practical solutions
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to plan and deliver site activities
• Maintain strong communication with teams, supervisors and stakeholders
