Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced General Foreperson to join our Construction team on the New Richmond Bridge Project in Australia. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.

You’ll work closely with the engineering team to plan activities, monitor progress, manage resources and maintain momentum while championing a strong safety and quality culture across the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple fronts.
• Direct Forepersons, crews and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Plan and allocate labour, plant and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement solutions.
• Coordinate with General Superintendent and Engineering Team.
• Promote safety, quality, and performance standards.
