Total Construction is a multi-award-winning Australian contractor known for a strong safety culture and a collaborative work environment. We seek an experienced Site Foreman to supervise trades, drive quality, and keep projects on schedule across commercial builds and fitouts in Warrnambool.

You will lead on-site teams, manage safety procedures, read drawings, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills essential.
• Well-developed planning skills with industry knowledge.
• High level ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of construction trades and ability to assess workmanship quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and managing all trades on site.
• Oversee the implementation of site safety and ensure procedures are followed.
• Monitor progress against construction program and coordinate trades.
• Manage and coach staff to achieve project and personal goals.
• Oversee quality of trade works to meet required standards.
• Schedule and coordinate other site staff and admin with priority issues.
• Issue site instructions and correspondence to contractors/consultants.
• Report to the Project Manager on current or potential issues.
