You will lead the site team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience on commercial or residential Bendigo projects is highly regarded.

As a full-time Site Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of this project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction project, from planning to completion
• Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Communicating regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Providing strong leadership and mentorship to the project team
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site foreman in the construction industry
