The Role

Our client is a major franchise new car dealership located on the lower Gold Coast. They are seeking to employ a switched on, motivated Fixed Operations Manager to take control of Service and Parts Department operations. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities and an excellent income stream. The area offers all modern facilities including educational, medical, recreational, sporting, cultural and shopping. This represents a true sea-change opportunity.

You’ll Need

Applicants for this position MUST have current or recent new car dealership experience as a Fixed Operations Manager and be seeking a long term position. You will have strong management, financial and people-handling experience, along with the drive and energy to succeed. You will be able to motivate your departments and staff to reach their potential in both profitability and customer satisfaction.

On Offer

Salary envisaged for this position will consist of a retainer around $150k + Super + Car. On Target Earnings should see your income reach around $300k. A one-off contribution to offset relocation costs will be considered for the right candidate.
