Job summary

Auto Masters is seeking a results-driven Workshop Leader to head our Fremantle service team. You will guide daily operations, quality control, and customer interactions while driving sales and performance targets.

Join a well-regarded workshop with strong career progression, on-site parking, and ongoing training. WA Driver’s Licence required; automotive trade qualification is preferred but not essential.

About the Role:

• Lead and support the workshop team to achieve operational and performance targets
• Manage the daily workflow to ensure the workshop runs efficiently and effectively
• Drive sales performance and achieve agreed KPIs
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
• Use your automotive knowledge to provide customers with confidence in recommended products and services
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised workshop environment
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance System and company service standards

About You:

• Previous leadership experience within an automotive service or workshop environment
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a proven focus on achieving results
• A proactive and reliable approach with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Automotive trade qualification preferred, but not essential
• Availability Monday to Friday plus alternating Saturday mornings
