Job summary

UGL is seeking an Environmental Advisor for a site-based role supporting a major infrastructure project in regional Western Australia. This DIDO position involves working with project teams to drive environmental compliance and performance during construction, with opportunities to influence outcomes throughout the lifecycle.

You will join the New Energy business and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver strong environmental results on site in WA.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite Environmental Advisor or Environmental Officer roles in energy, infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation, approvals and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting environmental inspections, monitoring, audits and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental management plans, procedures and compliance requirements across the project.
• Provide practical environmental advice to project teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate environmental inspections, monitoring, audits and reporting activities.
• Assist with environmental approvals, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive environmental awareness and continuous improvement across the project.
