Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking an HSE Advisor to back site delivery on the Landmark Wind Farm project in Western Australia. You will work with the Project Team and report to the site HSE Manager in a hands-on role across civil, erection, electrical and transmission works.

Applicants should have experience on solar, wind or BESS sites, hold a Certificate IV in WHS, and demonstrate autonomous yet collaborative work style. The role offers a 10:4 FIFO roster and long-term opportunities within renewables.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HSE Advisor role on solar, wind or BESS construction projects.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly team focused.
• Strong site presence and practical approach to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, day-to-day safety support across site activities.
• Support pre starts, toolbox talks and on-site safety conversations.
• Complete regular site walks and inspections to keep standards on track.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations and follow-up actions.
• Manage HSE documentation, reporting and compliance with UGL’s HSE Management System.

HSE Advisor - Landmark Wind Farm Project - 10:4 FIFO Join a Major Renewable Energy Development in Western Australia UGL is a leader in Australia’s energy transition, delivering large scale solar, wind and battery projects end to end across Australia. This role sits within our New Energy portfolio, supporting the delivery of these major renewable infrastructure projects. The first project you’ll join is the Narrogin Wind Farm, located approximately 160km south east of Perth. The Narrogin Wind Farm is a major renewable energy development in Western Australia, delivering approximately 200 MW of capacity and will play a key role in WA’s energy transition.

About the role

As an HSE Advisor, you will support site delivery across all construction activities, working closely with the Project Team and reporting to the site HSE Manager. This is a hands-on, site based role supporting frontline teams, driving compliance, and applying the HSE Management System consistently across civil, erection, electrical and transmission works.
