Job summary

ACCIONA Construction Australia Pty Ltd seeks Site Engineers to join the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project in Brisbane, QLD. You will contribute to planning, coordination, and delivery of major rail infrastructure works within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have a civil/structural engineering degree and experience on large projects, with strong coordination and safety focus, and a commitment to sustainable engineering delivery on a landmark Queensland project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage safety, compliance, and project standards.
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to safe, sustainable engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive safety culture while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Deliver works to project specifications, standards, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction activities.
• Support design reviews, technical assessments, and constructability inputs.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and engineering records.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across your discipline.
