Job summary

ACCIONA is delivering the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project in South East Queensland. The Senior Project Engineer will own engineering delivery for a defined area, coordinating design, procurement and construction across a multi-partner Alliance.

You will lead a team including a Project Engineer, Site Engineer and Graduate Engineer, liaising with clients and subcontractors to meet milestones and ensure value and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex civil or rail infrastructure projects.
• Strong project leadership and team management capabilities.
• Competence in cost estimation and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety practices across your work area and subcontractor teams.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction to meet project milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, quality control and construction lot verification.
• Oversee monthly forecasting, cost reporting and risk management.
• Lead and develop your team, including engineers and graduates.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and Alliance requirements.
