Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking Site Engineers to join the team working on the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project in Queensland. You will contribute to planning, coordination, and delivery of major rail infrastructure works, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.

The role requires a Civil or Structural engineering degree, experience on major infrastructure projects, and a commitment to safety and sustainable engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage safety, compliance, and project standards.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive safety culture while meeting safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Deliver works to project specifications, standards, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction activities.
• Support design reviews, technical assessments, and constructability inputs.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and engineering records.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across your discipline.

About the Project:

Acciona as part of the ActivUS Alliance is nearing the delivery phase of The Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) Project, which will double the number of rail tracks and upgrade stations for a 20 kilometer section of the Beenleigh and Gold Coast lines between Kuraby, a suburb south of Brisbane's CBD, and Beenleigh, a suburb of Logan City.

As part of our team, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of major works within a diverse engineering environment on one of QLD's most significant rail infrastructure projects.

Capability and Experience we are looking for:
