Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking Site Engineers to join the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project in Queensland. You will contribute to planning, coordinating and delivering major works across rail civil, civil engineering and structural disciplines on a landmark infrastructure program.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, plus experience on large infrastructure projects, and strong coordination, communication, and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects is essential.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Deliver works to project specifications, standards and technical requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction activities.
• Support design reviews, technical assessments and constructability inputs.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation and engineering records.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across your discipline.
